Refund Policy
All fees paid to Palmelle are final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law. This policy applies to all facility subscription fees and any other charges on this Platform.
1. No-Refund Policy
July Blue Sky LLC operates a strict no-refund policy for all transactions on the Palmelle platform. By completing any payment on this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All facility subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, including upon early cancellation;
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, or profile activation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable;
- Fees paid for any period during which a facility's claimed profile was active are non-refundable, regardless of usage;
- Fees paid during a period when a profile was suspended for policy violations are non-refundable.
2. Facility Subscription Cancellation
Facilities may cancel their claimed profile subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting facilities@palmelle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to claimed profile features continues through the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued.
Following cancellation, the facility's profile reverts to an unclaimed state and continues to display publicly available regulatory data as presented on all unclaimed profiles.
3. Free Directory Listings
Basic directory listings on Palmelle are provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for unclaimed profiles. The Company reserves the right to include, update, or remove any facility listing at its sole discretion based on publicly available data.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a legitimate charge is a violation of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate facility accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to recover associated costs, including chargeback fees. Contact us directly at billing@palmelle.com before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.
5. Legally Required Refunds
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, it will be processed within 30 days of a valid, verified request. Submit such requests to legal@palmelle.com. The Company's determination is final, subject to applicable law.
